Cancel Testora IQ App Subscription

I had an active subscription to Testora IQ app through the Apple App Store, which I canceled in March. Despite canceling it, I have still been charged twice after the cancellation date, and the subscription appears to be continuing as if it were still active. I request that my Testora IQ subscription be immediately and permanently canceled so that no further charges are taken from my account.
