Tesla Wrong Order, No Refund

On 09/05/2025 at 18:00, we intended to purchase a vehicle from Tesla Turkey when the sales were scheduled to go live. But is such a sales process even acceptable? At first, the American website opens. Since dealers had cleared out all the stock in the previous sale, we rushed to place a purchase order. $250 was withdrawn from our account, but it turned out that the sale was actually for the U.S. How can you accept a deposit from Turkey for a U.S.-based sale? You are Tesla—at the very least, you should provide a clear warning. It should have been stated that you must be in the U.S. to complete the transaction, or that additional customs fees would apply when importing the vehicle into Turkey. I want my money refunded. From now on, I won’t buy a Tesla—I’ll go with Togg instead. This is an unacceptable way to do business. They said they can’t process a refund. Fine, I’m not canceling the order either. Let it stay as it is.

Unfortunately, there is no attempt to find a solution or any response... Europe is not boycotting Tesla for nothing.

There is no solution for the summer houses, they literally took our money, I have nothing more to say.
