In November 2024, I applied for a loan through Tesla Türkiye to purchase a Tesla Model Y under my company’s name. As part of the process, a deposit of ₺50,000 was charged to my credit card. The Tesla representative assured me that I could finance 100% of the vehicle's cost, which was ₺1,890,000. Based on this, we applied for a loan of ₺1,500,000, but the bank did not approve the requested amount.
Due to the bank’s decision, I had no choice but to cancel the loan application. I immediately contacted Tesla Türkiye via email, explaining the situation and requesting a refund of my ₺50,000 deposit. However, Tesla Türkiye refused to return my money, stating that the deposit would remain with them.
This is completely unacceptable. A deposit should be refundable if the purchase cannot proceed due to financing issues beyond my control. I demand that Tesla Türkiye refunds my ₺50,000 immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will take further action.
