Hi everyone, I was trying to purchase a Tesla through the Tesla Turkey website, but the page kept giving me errors, so I refreshed it multiple times. During that process, the browser redirected me to the U.S. Tesla site, likely due to autofill settings and browser behavior. Without realizing, I accidentally placed an order through the U.S. Tesla website, and $250 was charged to my credit card as a deposit.
I had no intention of ordering from the U.S. and only noticed the mistake after the charge was processed. I’m now trying to figure out how to cancel the U.S. order and get my money back, but there’s no clear guidance.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does Tesla Turkey assist with situations like this? I need urgent support to reverse this charge and cancel the mistaken order. Tesla, please respond promptly and guide me through the refund process. This was clearly a technical/browser error and not a deliberate order.
