Tesla Warranty Vehicle Received an Unclear $1260 Service Estimate

Today, I created a service request for my Tesla Model Y through the Tesla application. However, the experience I encountered during the process was extremely disappointing. I had difficulty finding any real point of contact regarding my vehicle, and without any proper explanation or detailed diagnosis, I was presented with an estimated service cost of approximately $1,260, which I find unreasonably high — especially considering that my vehicle is still within the warranty period.
In addition to the unclear and excessive pricing, the service appointment date provided to me was also unacceptable. I was given an appointment scheduled 47 days later. Both the extremely delayed appointment time and the presentation of such a high estimated cost without a transparent explanation or confirmed diagnosis have seriously damaged my trust in Tesla’s service quality.
I request that Tesla provide a much earlier service appointment for my vehicle and offer a transparent, clearly justified, and reasonable pricing explanation regarding the required service operations. I also expect this negative customer experience and the inconvenience I have faced to be resolved as soon as possible.
