Tesla Customer Support Not Replying to Email Requests

We are unable to access any technical data related to our Tesla Model Y vehicle. Despite requesting detailed technical information about the car, these data have not been shared with us, and we have not received a clear explanation on the matter.

For the past 5 days, we have been trying to contact Tesla via both phone and email, but we have not received any response to our emails or requests. Even though we have copies of our email correspondence, we are still not being provided with any information, which has been very disappointing.

We expect Tesla to provide all necessary technical data and the information we have requested in a clear, complete, and transparent manner, and to resolve this communication issue promptly.
