Tesla Canceled My Service Appointment Without Reason and Refused to Reschedule

I booked a Tesla service appointment well in advance, only to have it suddenly canceled due to a technical error on their end. What’s worse is that they didn’t even offer to reschedule it for a later date. No explanation, no apology—just a canceled appointment and zero support in resolving the issue.
This level of service is completely unacceptable from a company as large and respected as Tesla. If this is how things are before the sale or during basic service scheduling, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be after a purchase when serious issues arise.
I’m incredibly disappointed and now very skeptical about trusting Tesla going forward. A brand that prides itself on innovation and customer experience should be far more organized and accommodating. I expected better from Tesla and demand that they offer me a new appointment without delay and take full responsibility for the inconvenience they’ve caused.
