Tesla Model 3 Hit Without Alarm Activation, No Video Evidence Provided

July 23, 2024 2:27 PM14

My Tesla Model 3 was hit by another vehicle, but the alarm didn’t go off. I can’t accept this, as the alarm might have recorded video footage and helped identify the culprit. I’ve emailed Tesla to inform them and also sent the police report, but they haven’t provided any video evidence. The damage amounts to around €10,000, and unfortunately, no one seems to care. A Tesla representative apologized and mentioned that sometimes the alarm doesn’t activate, but this is unacceptable.
