Hello, I would like to bring to your attention an issue with my Tesla Model Y. When driving at a certain speed, there is a noticeable and disturbing wind noise coming from the driver's side door. As a result, I took my vehicle to the Musluoğlu Tuzla Tesla service center and went on a test drive with their technicians.
During the test drive, the technicians and officials confirmed that there was indeed a noise, stating "Yes, there is a sound." However, they claimed that the cause of the noise was the film applied to the car's window. They mentioned that if you have film applied to your vehicle's windows, the film installers may potentially disrupt the trim adjustments of the car's windows.
They presented me with a ₺3,900 invoice for the necessary adjustments and corrections to the trim. Despite my explanation that the noise existed even before the film was applied, that no external intervention was required to apply the film, and that the process was very simple, they insisted that free adjustment was not possible. As a result, I left without having the film applied.
I feel that I have been treated unfairly in this situation. I kindly request that Tesla Tuzla Service address this issue and provide a resolution that does not involve additional costs to me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
