My Tesla’s Airbags Didn’t Deploy in a Crash



I was recently involved in an accident while driving my Tesla, and shockingly, the airbags didn’t deploy. This is a major safety failure, and I immediately reported the issue. However, despite the seriousness of the situation, Tesla showed zero urgency or concern in addressing it.
To make matters worse, the body and paint repairs are taking over two months, and there’s no transparency or proper customer care throughout the process. Tesla was highly responsive before I made the purchase, but the moment the sale was complete, the level of support completely disappeared.
No matter how many times you reach out for help, nothing changes. I expected more from a premium brand. Tesla, I’m demanding a thorough investigation into the airbag failure and urgent action on the repair delays. Prioritize your existing customers—not just the next sale.
