Hello. I've been playing PUBG Mobile since the pandemic started. Since May 11th, I haven't been able to log in to my account. My account hasn't been banned, and I don't have any issues related to cheating. I had already gone through the account recovery process. Since that day, every time I try to log in with Facebook, it creates a new account. All the connections and progress associated with my original account have been deleted. I have sent multiple emails, but I haven't received any response. If I didn't care about the game, didn't invest money, and didn't make friends, I would simply move on, but I genuinely care about the game, and I don't understand why my account was taken away from me without any wrongdoing on my part. Please, someone, help me with this matter. I am trying to log in with my email address, but it says the password is incorrect and gives a suspicious activity error. When I click on "Get Verification Code," I don't receive any code. I'm at a loss for what to do. Please, listen to my plea. I can confirm my ownership of the account in any way necessary. I really miss the game, please. I had just opened the Royale Pass and couldn't complete it before this issue occurred.
