Unable to Access My PUBG Mobile Account Despite Providing Verification Details
I am unable to access my PUBG Mobile account with ID 5350****54. I originally stopped playing in 2021 and recently tried to regain access. At the time, my account was linked to my now-deleted Facebook account, as Facebook and WhatsApp were the only options available. Since 2023, I’ve repeatedly attempted to log in, providing support with my initial UC codes as proof of ownership. Despite these efforts, I still cannot recover my account.
The support team insists on information from the last 6 months, such as recent teammates and UC purchases, which I cannot recall since I haven’t played in 3 years. I’ve shared transaction history from Perdigital showing 26 UC codes and dates multiple times, yet my account remains inaccessible. I’m frustrated by the lack of effective assistance and feel this case requires special attention due to the length of time involved. I’m asking PUBG Mobile Support to look deeper into this issue and help me recover my account.
