Unable to Contact Temu Customer Service – Refund Still Not Processed

I’ve been trying to find a contact number for Temu customer service, but I couldn’t find one. There is no section to ask the seller, no shipping option, no live chat, and no assistant available on the site. I purchased a product and now want information about it, but there is no way to reach customer support.

I feel like I’m being left in the dark by this site, and I plan to cancel my order immediately. My refund hasn’t been processed, and my bank informed me that they haven’t received the money back from Temu. Is there no one responsible for resolving customer issues?
