Temu Order Not Delivered

On 3 March 2026, I placed an order through the Temu app in Saudi Arabia with the order number PO-174-15682321316471215. The order included a phone case for Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus + 5G / Xiaomi POCO X7 5G, a cute earphone case cover for Huawei Freebuds SE2/SE3, a single bath towel (69.85 cm by 139.7 cm, fresh pure cotton, vintage ethnic style), an Ins Wind 5-piece manicure set with stainless steel nail clippers and travel case, a premium stainless steel manicure kit, a portable travel toothbrush and toothpaste storage set, and men’s breathable spring/summer sneakers. Although I chose to pay in installments via Tabby, I have still not received any of these items, and the delivery date has not been updated in the Temu app. Despite this, Tabby is sending me messages every day asking me to pay the installment amounts. I find it unacceptable to be asked to pay for products that have not been delivered. I request that my order be urgently tracked and either delivered immediately or cancelled if delivery is not possible. Until the products are actually delivered, I also request that the installment payment schedule with Tabby be put on hold or adjusted so that I am not charged for undelivered goods. I would like written confirmation of the solution and a clear update on the status of my order.
