Temu Still Hasn’t Refunded Me Since February Despite Canceled Order

I placed an order on February 23 through Temu—my first purchase on the site. I accidentally ordered the same items multiple times, so I canceled the duplicates immediately. Despite doing everything correctly on my end, as of April 25, I still haven’t received my refund.

I’ve contacted support several times, but all they do is repeat the same scripted replies. There’s no real resolution or accountability. It feels like I’m being strung along with excuses rather than being offered a proper solution. On top of that, the items that were shipped were of extremely poor quality, which only adds to my frustration.

Temu, I’m asking for my refund to be issued immediately and for someone to take ownership of this case. You can’t keep ignoring customers and delaying rightful returns. This has gone on far too long, and it’s completely unacceptable. I won’t be shopping with Temu again unless this issue is resolved now.
