I Returned My Temu Order in May But Still Haven’t Received My Refund

I made a purchase from Temu on May 22 and returned it immediately—on the same day. Yet as of today, I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve waited patiently, thinking the delay might be normal, but this has gone far beyond acceptable.
When I contacted my bank, they told me the issue wasn’t on their end and advised me to speak directly with Temu. But trying to get a clear response or resolution from Temu is like chasing shadows. There’s no urgency, no accountability, and no transparency in how they handle returns.
If so many customers are having refund issues, it’s time for Temu to take this seriously. This is the kind of experience that destroys customer trust. I won’t be shopping here again unless they make this right—I demand my refund immediately.
