I mistakenly requested a refund of ₺617.61 as store credit for a return I made to Temu. However, when I tried to use this credit, the platform wouldn’t allow me to complete my purchase unless my cart total matched or exceeded exactly ₺1,050—not a cent more or less.
For example, I added items worth ₺1,049.44 to my cart, but the system wouldn’t let me proceed because I was 56 kuruş short. This restriction makes the credit practically unusable. To make matters worse, Temu refuses to convert the credit back into a refund to my original payment method.
This is completely unfair and feels like a deliberate attempt to trap customers into spending unnecessarily. Temu must refund my money immediately or provide a fair solution for using the credit.
