I Face Credit Balance Not Usable on Temu Account

Since September 11, 2025, I have had a ₺1,012 credit balance in my Temu account. This balance was created after I canceled a mistaken order, and the refund was issued as Temu credit instead of being sent back to my card.

However, the credit cannot be used. Both in the mobile app and on the Temu website, the credit option appears during checkout, but when I attempt to pay, the system ignores the balance and tries to charge my bank card instead. No matter which product or category I try, the balance remains unusable.

I reached out to Temu customer service, but they provided no solution. They did not indicate any restrictions or category limits for using the balance. My account still shows the ₺1,012 credit available, but it cannot be applied to purchases, making it effectively useless.

This situation is highly frustrating and unfair. I request that my credit balance be activated for purchases immediately, or alternatively, that the ₺1,012 be refunded directly to my card. Customers should not be left with locked balances that cannot be used.
