Temu Refund Of ₺2,163 Still Missing After 1.5 Months Despite Return Approval

I requested a return for my Temu order PO-203-13706211968631905-D01, and within the app, it showed that the refund had been processed to my bank. However, it has now been about 1.5 months, and no refund has appeared in my account.

During this time, I first contacted my bank (Yapı Kredi), but they confirmed that no such refund transaction was visible and advised me to follow up directly with Temu. I then contacted Temu customer service, who requested screenshots of my bank statements and opened a support ticket. Unfortunately, the process dragged on with no resolution, and eventually, I discovered that the ticket had been closed without my issue being solved.

The missing refund totals ₺2,163, and I demand that this amount be immediately credited back to my Yapı Kredi credit card. I have never experienced such a problem before, and this long delay combined with a lack of proper support has caused significant frustration.

I expect Temu to urgently resolve this matter and ensure that customers are not left waiting endlessly for refunds that have already been marked as processed in their system.
