On September 4, 2025, I placed an order from Tokat city center on Temu with order number PO-203-07526736073590848. I canceled the order within 10 minutes of placing it and made the payment with my bank card.
However, despite the cancellation, the ₺985.54 refund has still not been credited back to my account. In the Temu application, the status shows “due to financial institution,” but when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no refund transaction has been initiated on their side.
I have never experienced such an issue with Temu before. I am requesting that my refund be processed immediately and that this delay be resolved as soon as possible.
