My Temu order is missing—I received someone else’s package instead. I’ve sent emails and made phone calls, but no one seems to care. Do I need to go on social media to get my issue addressed? I need this resolved. The package that arrived at my house wasn’t mine. I called the shipping company, and they said they’re looking into it. So tell me—what’s the issue here? Why do I pay for items and not receive what I paid for?
