Temu Marked My Order as Delivered but I Never Received Anything or a Refund
Temu’s delivery guarantee is not real. I was misled by videos on social media about Temu. On their website, they claim there is a guaranteed delivery. So, I placed an order. However, the products appear as "delivered" in their system, and therefore, they do not provide any delivery information, do not resend the items, and do not refund my money either as credit or through the original payment method. I contacted them several times, and the response was always the same: “The system shows the delivery was completed. Please check with the courier or the delivery company.” They avoid taking responsibility. I asked them to show me proof of who received the package — any kind of documentation — but there is none. It’s not a trustworthy site. If this is how the service works, I can’t even imagine what the actual products would be like.
Temu is the same Temu. They are not delivering the product. They say it has been delivered. I ask them to give me the information and proof of whom it was delivered to. I say I will find out who received it. They keep repeating the same thing. There is no delivery, no information, and no proof. In short, I was deceived by Temu...

I have written to Temu about this issue at least 10 times. However, they keep giving the same standard response. They don't provide the information I want, they don't deliver the product, and they don't give the money either. It is definitely not trustworthy.
