Temu Sent Me the Wrong Order and Refuses to Admit the Delivery Wasn’t Mine
I made a purchase on Temu, but not a single item I ordered was delivered. Instead, I received a package containing someone else’s order. To make matters worse, the package I got was clearly addressed to another person—their name was printed right on the label. Yet when I reached out to Temu to return it, they insisted the correct products were sent and refused to take any responsibility.
This response is completely unacceptable. It’s obvious from the packaging that the delivery wasn’t even meant for me. Still, Temu insists everything is in order and denies any mistake. I’ve been left with a bunch of items I didn’t buy and no sign of the ones I actually paid for.
I demand that Temu investigates this mix-up and either delivers the correct items or fully refunds my payment. Their handling of this situation shows a complete lack of accountability, and I won’t tolerate being ignored after paying for a service I never received.
