Temu Hasn’t Updated My Order in 10 Days and Keeps Giving Me the Same Generic Reply

I placed an order on Temu, and it has now been 10 days without a single update. Since July 3, the tracking has been stuck on “in transit to airport warehouse,” and today is July 13—nothing has changed.
I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, and every time I receive the exact same copy-paste response with no real information or resolution. They keep saying, “Please wait, it’s on the way,” but there is no actual tracking progress, no estimated delivery, and no accountability.
This situation is incredibly frustrating. I was excited for my order, but now I’m just tired of the delays and the lack of transparency. If there’s an issue with the shipment, Temu should at least communicate honestly instead of stalling with generic replies.
Temu, I’m asking you to take real action—update the tracking, provide a concrete delivery timeline, and stop ignoring concerned customers. I expect my order to arrive promptly, or I want a full refund without delay.
