Temu Hasn’t Refunded My ₺2600 After Two Months and Keeps Giving Me Fake Updates
I feel totally let down by my experience with the Temu shopping site. They told me that my refund was being taken care of after I had a problem with my purchase and suggested I reach out to my bank using the ARN number they gave me. I contacted my bank, and they informed me that Temu never started any refund process. It's been nearly two months, and I'm still waiting on my ₺2,600 refund. Every time I reach out to Temu, they just keep giving me the runaround with misleading info and even some fake 'proof' about the refund, telling me to check with my bank instead. I’ve called my bank over 20 times, and I keep getting the same answer—no refund has been processed. This whole situation has made me feel tricked and stuck for a long time.
