Temu Did Not Refund My Canceled Orders Despite Multiple Follow Ups
I canceled two orders worth ₺1316 and ₺629 that I placed on the Temu shopping platform about six months ago, following all the proper procedures, and the refund process was initiated. However, Temu has not issued any refund. Instead, they provided a fabricated digital document labeled as a "proof of refund," which does not reflect reality. Over the past six months, I’ve exchanged numerous messages with their customer service team. They kept stalling, promising to resolve the issue, yet no solution was provided and no refund was made. I also contacted my financial institution, and they confirmed that no refund was processed. I want to warn others who are considering shopping on Temu to be cautious. I am officially filing a complaint against Temu.
