Temu Did Not Refund My Money

Nearly two months ago, I placed an order on Temu and canceled it just a few minutes later. According to their policies, I expected a rapid refund, but my money still hasn’t been returned. I waited patiently, thinking that maybe it was taking a long time because of processing, but this delay doesn't make sense anymore. I’ve reached a point where I feel absolutely let down. I paid in good faith, canceled right away, and now I'm trying to get my money back for something I didn't even get. My refund ID is TP-203-21585410839592557-P01, and I truly hope someone looks into this urgently. I was open to trying Temu again in the future, but this experience has made me reconsider. I want a proper conclusion right away, with no more delays.
