Temu Charged Without Processing My Order

I attempted to place an order on Temu, and ₺1,297.90 was deducted from my card. However, the app displayed a "payment error," and my order was not created. I contacted customer service and even sent screenshots proving the transaction, but they insisted the payment was unsuccessful and asked me to place the order again. This response is completely unacceptable.

My money has been taken, yet I have no order confirmation or any resolution. I demand an immediate refund or the fulfillment of my order without any further hassle. This experience has been highly disappointing, and I expect Temu to resolve this issue promptly to restore my trust.
