According to them, the issue was caused by a bank error, and the order was automatically canceled. They assured me that the payment would be refunded shortly. Well, it's been two weeks, and there is still no refund. I called my bank, and they said that Temu’s account has the money, so if they transfer it to us, we’ll get it. On top of that, Temu gave me a 100 ₺ credit as a “gesture.” This is utterly frustrating, and it feels like they’re mocking me with their response. I need my refund immediately!
