Refund Request for Wrong Size Items - Temu

On June 3rd I placed a clothes order on Temu under the order number PO-147-19061161329271619. When the products arrived, the sizes were wrong and did not match what I had ordered. I contacted Temu and explained that the sizes were incorrect and asked for a practical solution. However, instead of offering a clear and helpful resolution, the only response I received was that I should refund, without any proper guidance or supportive approach. I request that this issue be resolved by either providing a full refund for the clothes with the wrong sizes or arranging a reshipment with the correct sizes as originally ordered.
