I Face Missing Items and Misleading Gifts in My Temu Order

I recently placed an order on Temu, but three of my items were missing from the delivery. Unfortunately, this is becoming a common issue with many online shopping platforms—we can only shop once because they fail to act honestly. I am genuinely tired of these kinds of situations where companies do not deliver what they promise.
What’s worse, Temu showed three products as gifts during checkout, but after I completed my purchase, these gifts were removed from the order, and I ended up being charged for them. There was no clear notification or explanation regarding this change, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.
This misleading practice has caused both financial loss and emotional dissatisfaction. I placed my trust in Temu, but this experience has shaken my confidence in your platform.
I request that Temu either deliver the three missing items immediately or refund the full amount charged for them. Additionally, please clarify why the so-called "gifts" were removed from my order after purchase. I expect honest communication and fair treatment from your platform going forward.
