Temu refuses to refund my money, and I’m beyond frustrated. I placed an order (PO-203-05986808069671034) and canceled it less than 10 minutes later. They claimed the refund was processed and even uploaded a vague "refund proof" that made no sense. I immediately contacted İşbank to verify, and they confirmed that no refund was ever received on my account.
İşbank told me to ask Temu for an official reference number (RRN) and an authorization code to track the refund. I’ve messaged Temu’s customer service probably 20 times through their link (https://share.temu.com/NWGRVrrOSMA), clearly requesting the RRN if they truly issued the refund. Instead, I keep getting the same copy-paste message: “Your refund has been issued,” followed by my request being closed without any resolution.
This is not how a professional company operates. If you really refunded me, give me the transaction reference details. If you didn’t, then stop misleading your customers. I wish I had read all the other complaints before ever placing an order with Temu. If you're seeing this, I hope you do so before making a purchase mistake like I did.
Temu, give me my money back or provide the real RRN code—this needs to be resolved now.
