Tempobet Refuses to Pay $288 Winnings After Withdrawal Request

I am writing this complaint regarding an issue I experienced with a website called Tempobet. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings of $288, I was asked to provide my bank account statement. Even after submitting this document—which contains my most sensitive financial information, spending history, and personal data—my payment has been deliberately delayed for four days and has not been processed.

Each time I submit a withdrawal request, it is canceled and the amount is returned to my gaming account. This situation creates the impression that users are being psychologically pressured to continue betting so that their winnings are reduced. At the same time, there is no transparency regarding where and how my personal and financial data is stored or who has access to it.

During this process, I contacted customer service approximately 45 times, but each time I received nearly identical scripted responses and was stalled without any concrete solution or clear justification.

All I am requesting is that my $288 in winnings be paid to me in full and immediately, and that I receive clear and satisfactory information regarding the security of my personal and financial data. I demand that this matter be urgently investigated and that my grievance be resolved.
