Deposit Failed but Refund Still Not Received

I am writing to report an issue with a failed deposit to my Parimatch betting account and to request a refund. On 31/05/2026, I made a UPI QR payment of ₹8000 to the UPI ID boim-535178373***@boi in order to deposit into my Parimatch account. The money was successfully deducted from my side, and the transaction shows as completed with the reference UTR: 563226983092, but the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch account with Player ID 705258*** under the name K*** C***. I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, and I was informed that the payment was declined on the deposit side and that I would receive a refund. I also created support tickets about this problem, but the issue still has not been resolved and I have not received any refund to my original UPI payment source. I kindly request that my ₹8000 payment be refunded to my account as soon as possible, and that this matter be resolved without any further delay.
