Mosbet did not process any payment to my account. I provided my IBAN details for the payment, but no funds were transferred to my bank account. I also sent my bank statement as proof, yet I received no response. They are doing everything they can to avoid refunding my money. I am sharing the necessary evidence with fellow users. My user ID is 127938***, and I want to bring this situation to your attention, requesting the necessary action to be taken.

For four days, the issue has not been resolved, which is why I do not recommend Mosbet Casino. There are no problems when depositing money into the game account, but once you request a withdrawal, issues start to arise. Despite informing them that the payment did not arrive and providing my bank statement, I have received no response or even an apology. Customer service only gives automated replies, telling me to "wait patiently" but not confirming that my money will actually be credited.

I strongly advise against playing or gambling on a platform with such an unreliable payment system. People accept the risks of winning or losing, but when faced with an unresponsive company, the situation becomes frustrating. It is unacceptable that they refuse to process payments that rightfully belong to me.
