Need Umingle Unban

I am writing regarding a sudden ban on my Umingle website account that occurred about five minutes ago while I was using the gender search feature. I was using the feature in a normal way and I was not reported by anyone to my knowledge. I did not receive any clear explanation or detailed reason for this ban, and my account became inaccessible unexpectedly. I request that my Umingle account be immediately unbanned and reactivated, and that any mistaken or automatic restriction applied to my account be removed. I also expect a clear explanation of why this ban was applied so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
