Shopify Store Alvarde.com Never Delivered Orders and Offers No Support

I placed two separate orders from the Shopify-based website Alvarde.com, one on 2 May 2026 and another on 9 May 2026. In total, I paid ₺2,199 for the first order and ₺923.88 for the second order. Despite the time that has passed since these dates, neither of the two products I ordered has been delivered to me. In addition to the non-delivery issue, I have not been able to find any valid contact information or support channel for Alvarde.com, so I could not reach the seller to ask about the status of my orders or request a refund. Because my orders were never delivered and I could not reach the seller in any way, I request a full refund of the total amount I paid for these two orders as soon as possible.
