Deposit Not Credited

I made a deposit of 2,000 on 16-06-2026 to my Parimatch India account via Paytm UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm/UPI account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I tried to reach Parimatch India customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. Since my payment provider has confirmed that the transaction was successful and the money has left my account, I am now stuck without access to the funds I intended to use on your platform. I kindly request that the missing 2,000 be immediately credited to my Parimatch India account or that you urgently investigate and resolve this deposit issue as soon as possible.
