Melbet Deposit Not Credited - Payment Missing

On 23.11.2025, I deposited ₺10,000 into my Melbet account via the Ziraat Bank payment method, but the money has still not been credited to my account balance. After realizing that the amount had not been reflected, I contacted Melbet live support. They repeatedly asked the same questions and did not offer any real solution. I then sent an email with the details of the issue, and I received a response stating that the money had been credited to my account, but there is no such entry in my Melbet balance. I also have the bank receipt for this transaction as proof. I request that this ₺10,000 either be immediately credited to my Melbet account or refunded to my bank account, and that I be informed in writing about the result.
