On April 21, 2026, I purchased a black men's Columbia t-shirt from the Columbia store located in Ümraniye Meydan Shopping Mall as a gift for my husband. I paid a premium price for the product because I trusted Columbia's reputation for quality and durability.

Unfortunately, after being worn only twice, the t-shirt developed significant pilling across the fabric. The material quickly began to look old, worn, and heavily used, despite the fact that the product was practically new. A garment from a premium outdoor brand should not show such visible signs of deterioration after only two uses under normal conditions.

I specifically chose Columbia because of its reputation for producing high-quality products. Experiencing this kind of issue in such a short period has been extremely disappointing and has negatively affected my confidence in the brand. A product sold at a premium price should maintain its appearance and quality for much longer than two wears.

Given the very limited use of the t-shirt and the obvious deterioration of the fabric, I believe the product does not meet the expected quality standards. I therefore request that Columbia provide a new replacement product free from defects and quality issues.

I kindly ask Columbia to review my complaint carefully and provide a prompt resolution to eliminate the inconvenience and disappointment this situation has caused.
