Tempobet Didn’t Pay My Winning Ticket Claiming Yellow Card Error
On October 4, 2025, I placed a bet on Tempobet with ticket number 5068****95. My bet won, but the winnings were never credited to my account. I had wagered ₺27,000 and won ₺54,000, yet Tempobet has not paid out my winnings.
When I contacted Tempobet’s customer service, they admitted that my bet was officially recorded as a winning ticket. However, they claimed that goalkeeper M* G****’s yellow card was not shown on their display, and for that reason, they refused to process my payment. I find this explanation completely unacceptable and invalid. My bet was not part of any promotion, bonus, or special campaign, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue.
I firmly request that my full ₺54,000 winnings be credited to my account immediately and that this situation be resolved without further delay.
