Tefal Activflow Expert Broke Down at the Second Use

bought Tefal Activflow Expert, I wish I hadn't, really....the teeth on it broke when I used it for the second time. I could only use it twice...And the worst part is, I haven't even finished paying for it in installments yet. bummer! I tried reaching out to customer service today, but unfortunately, they weren't much help. They told me that there's nothing they can do without charging me extra fees. I can't believe how Tefal doesn't seem to care about making their customers happy or ensuring the quality of their products. I WANT a refund for my defective product, so I've decided to take it up with the Consumer Court. just wanted to let you all know that I wouldn't recommend spending your money on Tefal products, like all of you I aslo had heard great things about their quality and reliability, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a letdown. I just wanted to share my experience and advise anyone considering buying Tefal products to think twice.
