Tefal Toaster Not Heating – Faulty Product Refund Denied

We purchased a Tefal toaster a month ago, but it doesn't heat properly, making it impossible to use for toasting. Even when the machine is turned on, it remains cool to the touch. The device is completely ineffective and does not fulfill its primary function.
When we returned the product to the store, they refused to issue a refund, even though the toaster is brand new and unused. How can a toaster that doesn’t heat be expected to make toast? This is clearly a defective product. I request urgent assistance to resolve this issue, as the product is not fit for purpose. Please process a refund or replace the unit immediately.
