Tefal RG7675 X-Plorer Serie 75 Robot Vacuum Persistent Battery Issue
I bought the Tefal RG7675 X-Plorer Serie 75 robot vacuum and have been using it for more than two years. The device works well, with the added benefit of two front brushes and easy emptying and cleaning. However, despite my belief in Tefal's extensive service network and replacement parts availability, I was greatly incorrect. During power failures, the device moves away from its original location and continues to roam around the house until stopped. Once, during a power outage, the device ran out of battery, leaving me with a dead vacuum when I returned. Before the holiday, I took it to the service center due to battery depletion and was told they didn't have it in stock locally or even in Istanbul, but it would be shipped from France. It's been 40 days, and no battery or other required parts have come. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that they had received my complaint and would get back to me. I communicated my dissatisfaction, asking how a product sold in Turkey could be unavailable nationwide. I even proposed that they discontinue selling the item if it is giving users any inconvenience. Everything appears to be in order throughout the sale, but then problems begin to arise. I am quite upset and wondering when I will receive my batteries. At this rate, I may need to replace the entire robot.
