Tefal RG9075 X-Plorer Serie 130 AI Encounters Navigation and Mapping Issues

I bought the RG9075 X-Plorer Serie 130 AI Mop-Featured Smart Robot Vacuum - Pet-Friendly model from the Tefal store at Izmir Hilltown on November 17th. The product couldn't do mapping for two days, and customer service said that this problem was happening everywhere. On November 20th, the product finished mapping, but it couldn't scan certain areas. The device often gets stuck and has trouble with heights between 2 cm and 4 cm. Sometimes it won't go into certain areas or it might miss spots while cleaning. The suction isn't very strong, and it keeps running even if the Wi-Fi goes out. The AI is not good enough. When I went to the authorized service center in Izmir Karşıyaka, they told me that there was no problem. Unfortunately, the service tests the device in a dirty 15-square-meter area, and I am not happy with this situation.
