Tefal 75 Series Robot Vacuum Shows Red Light and Stops Working

I’m using the Tefal 75 Series robot vacuum, but it has become completely unusable due to persistent issues. After the red light warning appears, I cannot set it up or use it. I’ve tried reinstalling and reconnecting, but nothing works.

It seems the vacuum isn’t charging at all—it shows the red light alert and then shuts down immediately. This problem has rendered the device non-functional, and I’m extremely disappointed with its reliability.

Tefal, please address this issue urgently. I need clear guidance or a replacement to restore the product’s functionality. A premium product like this should not fail so quickly, and I expect better support from your brand.
