Tefal Clipso Pressure Cooker Hasn't Been Fixed for Months

I gave my Tefal Clipso pressure cooker to an authorized service center a month and a half ago, but I haven't received any updates yet. When I reach out to customer service, they tell me they'll check with the technical service and let me know, but I haven't heard anything yet. I haven't heard anything from customer service or the authorized service center. I don't know where my product is, what happened to it, if it's been fixed, or what the problem is. It's so annoying when you can't get any answers.
