Frustrated with Tefal Toaster Repair - No Updates After Two Months
My Tefal toaster is out of warranty, and it recently broke down with an issue in the button. I took it to a Tefal service center, but it's been nearly two months without any updates. I keep calling them, and all I get are responses like "It's being checked," "The button needs replacing," "It's out of stock," or "The button has been ordered." No one has provided a clear diagnosis, repair details, or cost estimate.
Where else am I supposed to get this product repaired if not by the service center? And yet, the service is so unresponsive. I even reached out to Tefal on Twitter—they asked for my phone number, saying they would pass the information to the necessary department, but nothing has happened since.
