Tefal Clipso+ Precision Pressure Cooker Set Sticks


From the Tefal store in Şanlıurfa Piazza Avm, I purchased the Clipso+ Precision Pressure Cooker Set - 4.5 l and 6 l pressure cookers on 11.11. 2023. After the first use, the product developed a sticky bottom, prompting the service to replace it. Nevertheless, we encountered the identical issue with the exchanged product, which is why it was returned to the service on 06.06.2024. Nevertheless, our product has been operational for 37 days with no resolution in sight. I have contacted Tefal Customer Service twice, but each time they have promised to get back to us. For some reason, using the Tefal pressure cooker has become a real chore. Our request needs to be addressed promptly, I hope.

A lady called and the only response she gave was that we need to wait a little longer. We are writing a complaint here because we haven't been able to use the product due to waiting. All they need to do is approve the return report for the product, and the process shows us that unfortunately, Tefal does not stand behind its products. If there is a positive development, I will definitely write a thank you note. As the Tefal customer service representative said, "Let's wait and see." I think Tefal should use this sentence as their service motto.
