Cracked Pans, Peeling Coating, Faulty Resistor in Tefal Cookware
I bought Tefal pans and pots only two years ago, and I was so shocked when the bottom of the pan suddenly burst and caught fire. The inside of the pot got all puffed up and started peeling, even though it was supposed to be a fancy 12-layer thing. It's really sad to see how much this brand I used to trust has gone downhill in just two years. Also, the resistor in my Tefal kettle stopped working, and since the customer service was not helpful, I had to fix it on my own. I regret choosing Tefal.
